I decided that our flower beds were starting to look like a jungle, so I began a project to redo them. Unfortunately, some moron, planted these green Christmas Tree plants that cover the ground. When we first moved in, I liked the small plants. Now they have covered the whole bed and then weeds have grown over them. This was the mid point of cleaning out the flower beds. We have uncovered many of my beautiful Gerber Daisies - they are such troopers! I'll show the finished product when we get there. As for now, if anyone asks we just say, "Those darned landscapers can't get anything done in one day - all they do is take breaks and sit on the ice chest". HA, HA!!
